Delivery Policy
When you make an online booking with Smarter Skills, you will be emailed a receipt from our gateway provider eWay at the time of payment. After the course you will also be emailed a receipt from Smarter Skills.
Upon entry to the course, you only need to quote your name if you have booked online to gain access to the course.
Refund Policy
Smarter Skills is keen to ensure that all students are completely happy with any Smarter Skills course.
After booking and paying online, a student is entitled to a full refund prior to the commencement of the course. If a refund is required, please contact us using the details provided on our Contact Us page of this website.
If a course is unable to be delivered by Smarter Skills, a student is entitled to choose a full refund or credit for another course.
After a student has completed a course a refund will not be available.
